15 lip 2022 · The easiest way would be to contact American with that locator and tell them that the email is going to the wrong person. Whatever you do, don’t go to aa.com to cancel that person’s itinerary just because you’re angry about getting emails by mistake.
It's absolutely insane that, as far as I'm aware, NO airlines that have multifactor authentication as an option, nor have any sort of passwords or secondary authentication measures when calling customer service. I work in cybersecurity and helped one of my clients who had his email credentials stolen.
