29 mar 2023 · That email had the subject line “Please Contact Us to Secure Your Account,” and did indeed come from an American Airlines email address. It read as follows: Please contact AAdvantage Customer Service regarding the unauthorized access to your AAdvantage account.
26 sty 2022 · If you receive an email from American Airlines alerting you that your primary email address has been changed, it could be a scam.
Customer service representative said this hacker has been active and recognized their steps. They changed the letter O to a 0 zero which I noticed as soon as logging in to account. Flood of spam emails is so you don’t see the one from AA saying account information changed.
