31 sty 2024 · Note that most cadets (and midshipmen) do not attend summer seminars. It is a small program so do not be disappointed if you are not invited. The good news is that you have initiated your application by applying to AFASS. Another great way to 'see' the Academy is by attending one of the USAFA summer sports camps.

SCHEDULE OF CALLS. 2023-2024. Prep School Academic Calendar. 2024-2025. An opportunity to explore the world. Summer Programs. The Air Force Academy academic calendar provides cadets an at-a-glance look at upcoming Commander's Calls, exams, holiday breaks and more.
3-Weeks. (15 Jul – 5 Aug 2023) Academic, military training, and airmanship/aviation core requirements are offered during summer term. All cadets will complete two military training programs per summer. Specific requirements vary by cadet class.
Summer Seminar applications open for rising seniors on December 1. The last day to start a new application is January 10. The Summer Seminar deadline is January 15 with no extensions or late applications accepted.
