7 sty 2021 · Tried the 'Need AAvantage Number' link and it never sends me an email. Tried the 'Need Password?' link and the website comes back with "Our system is having trouble". When I called AAdvantage customer service, the rep was very nice, tried looking up my information my account number, name, address, email....NOTHING!!
