I called AA to see if I could have the record locator changed for security purposes, but they said they would have to reissue the ticket, etc. To put it simply, no.
29 mar 2023 · That email had the subject line “Please Contact Us to Secure Your Account,” and did indeed come from an American Airlines email address. It read as follows: Please contact AAdvantage Customer Service regarding the unauthorized access to your AAdvantage account.
