5 paź 2017 · What Alitalia really needs to work on — other than overcoming its current financial situation — is the ground experience. Things were a total mess at JFK, with a disappointing lounge and terrible communication at the gate. Then, we arrived late in Rome and inexplicably pulled up to a bus gate.
I am flying from JFK to Rome on Alitalia. Just a regular class seat. I was told when checking in at the Alitalia desk in JFK to inquire if they have any "economy comfort seating" that I can upgrade to. Does anyone have any experience with this and the cost to do so.
28 maj 2019 · On the A330-200 Alitalia offers 20 flat bed seats on their Magnifica business class cabin, Seats are arranged in an all-aisle access 1-2-1 configuration. According to Seatguru, these seats come with a 44″ pitch x 21″ width. Alitalia refreshed their business class cabin after Etihad rescued the airline in 2014.
