Recruiters can tell you what the department of defenses policy is on certain conditions but they are not medical doctors. A medical doctor who works for the dept of defense must determine if you're fit to serve.
Unfortunately the Reserves is a whole different world. If you go to the Air Force website “find a recruiter” section you can enter your zip code and it’ll pop up with the closest reserve health professions recruiter.
4N0 is about 10x more likely than the closest other medical job. However, with how many people list medical, you're probably 100x more likely to get something other than medical.
