I entered it in on the app, but when I try to purchase the tickets, it’s repeatedly telling me that my name and AAdvantage number don’t match. I’ve tripled checked to make sure I’ve entered the number correctly.
7 sty 2021 · When I called AAdvantage customer service, the rep was very nice, tried looking up my information my account number, name, address, email....NOTHING!! It's as if the account never existed. Has anyone else experienced this?
