You do not change altitude or flight level on your own when flying IFR. When flying VFR, you should adhere to the semi-circular rules when changing your direction and end up in one of the semi-circular areas. 29 sie 2021 · In managed mode, I think the AP will go to altitude of waypoints in flightplan. Selected mode and you can set the altitude. If you are going by ATC they will often send you to altitudes different from flightplan so selected mode is best for entering that altitude.
Use the altitude selector to set the altitude you want then use the vertical speed selector to tell the autopilot how fast you want to ascend/decend. You might need to also press a "vertical speed" button to turn it on. Typically you use the FLC (flight level change) to ascend and the VS (vertical speed) to descend.
