Login to MyChart. From the menu button find Sharing Hub. From here, you can easily download and share information with others. You can also request a release of your medical information to other doctors, insurance companies, and more. The “Share Everywhere” option allows a non-Henry Ford doctor one-time, limited access to your record.
If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyChart help desk at 313-876-7951 and select MyChart account from the menu, to help you regain access to your MyChart account.

Log in to MyChart. Create a log in account at henryford.com/mychart. Download the free MyChart app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Log in to MyChart with the account you created on the app or at mychart.hfhs.org. Update your communication preferences. From the menu button search and select “Communication preferences.”
