ELIGIBLE: • Active: Active Military Personnel in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard National Guard, Reservists Serving on Active Duty and members of the Delayed Entry/Enlistment Program (DEP). This includes Spouses and Surviving Spouses.
