31 maj 2021 · Head over to the Yahoo Groups Metadata Collection page on the Internet Archive. Ignoring the no preview warning, either click on Show all files or scroll down until you see DOWNLOAD OPTIONS on the right side of the page. Click on COMMA-SEPARATED VALUES, to reveal a list of files.
Yahoo announced that adding new content would be blocked on October 28, 2019. Once the content was deleted, users of Yahoo! Groups were only able to browse the Group directory, request invitations and, if members of a group, send messages to that group.
As of 2019-10-16 the directory lists 5619351 groups. 2752112 of them have been discovered. 1483853 (54%) have public message archives with an estimated number of 2.1 billion messages (1389 messages per group on average so far). 1.8 billion messages (86%) have been archived as of 2018-10-28.

The Groups were deliberately killed by Yahoo about a decade ago. All sorts of functions failed, and yahoo couldn't seem to make them work. Oddly enough, when Verizon made the announcement of the data purge - everything suddenly started working perfectly again so listowners could get their data archived. Still angry over this one.
