If you create a panel on a form and set it to Dock=Top and drop another panel and set its Dock=Fill, it may fill the entire form, ignoring the first panel. Changing the tab order does nothing.

22 sie 2019 · Make sure you have opened a Windows Forms project. Open View menu and check Toolbox or use Ctrl+Alt+X shortcut and you will see the toolbox. The toolbox will fill with controls when you open a Form or UserControl in design view.
