How do I get US customer service from Travelocity? 8 years ago. I had to cancel four tickets from Stockholm to Oslo (due to incorrect date) and rebook right at the airport. Because I booked through Travelocity, the airline wouldn't credit me on the spot for the tickets I'd purchased, and told me to contact the travel agent for credit.
