I have called the various phone numbers listed by travelocity, (1-855-201-7820, 1.417-520-5312) and each time the operator comes on the line to announce that the "numero es vacante". I am concerned because I cannot connect with Travelocity.. I want my families trip, the flight to be problem free.

The key is do they provide quick 24 hour a day customer service. That is rare these days, and most 3rd party sites are not going to provide service like that.
