19 lut 2024 · I have several complaints about Spirit. I’ve flown them numerous times because, of course, I can’t pass up the cheap tickets. The latest was Feb 29th when I booked a 1 way to Vegas for my boyfriend and got the big seat in front for him as he has a sciatic issue and needed a wheelchair to even get to the gate.

The agents are rude and airline adding on fees. The agents are rude, disrespectful, have an attitude when asked a question and are not helpful at all. MORE customer service training is needed.
