25 maj 2020 · I have a list in my slide with one item in one object. I need to keep equal distance between the objects. Using distribute vertically or horizontally options does not bring what I am looking for.
For example if you want an the vertical distance between objects to be .125 inches then make a text box that is .125 X one inch or more. You can right click the text box > format text box > size tab > type in the exact desired height and width (or under the Drawing tools Format).
14 kwi 2021 · Now I want to RAPIDLY find out the distance in pixels between the two. I tried holding down control, but it only shows me the distances that I don't need. It doesn't show me the distance in pixels between the two selected objects.
23 cze 2015 · Turn on smart guides (from view menu or toggle with Ctrl + U ). Move the second object so that it touches and the smart guides tell you it intersect s with the other object. This snaps to the intersect so the distance between the edges is exactly 0. Drop it there.
