A broker or salesperson holding a standard license who desires to renew a current license shall complete 14 hours of Commission-approved continuing education during the preceding 2-year license period. Completion of continuing education is not required for inital license. Initial Licensing Fee: $97.00
You must provide proof that you are working for a real estate broker to apply for your license. Log on to the Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS) to create your profile, upload your documentation and submit your application for a real estate license.
