This document provides an optimal quest order for Old School RuneScape in 2020. It lists 156 quests broken into sections and recommends certain skill level milestones to reach between quests. The overall guide aims to efficiently progress the player's account through completing quests and skilling in a strategic order.
Unlike the main Optimal quest guide, this free-to-play optimal quest guide focuses mostly on optimizing the progress through many different quests at once, instead of optimizing for quest experience rewards.

As of 20 March 2024, there are a total of 164 quests in Old School RuneScape with 22 free and 142 member-only quests. The first quest was Cook's Assistant and the most recently added quest is The Ribbiting Tale of a Lily Pad Labour Dispute.
