Norse Airline is dishonest and out to rob you. They changed the carry on dimension and reduced the size to get you to pay higher amount during check-in. We saw atleat 10 people complaining about the same issue at the check-in counter.

While the Norse Atlantic flying experience might feel bare bones compared to flying full-service carriers like American, Delta, or United, there's an upside.

I won a holiday to Jamaica with The Voice Newspaper UK and Norse Atlantic. Only a short delay on both flights. The crew were lovely, I had a meal included on the outbound flight and Norse very kindly upgraded me to Premium Class on the return because I travelled alone.
Terrible customer service. I flew with Norse in December and encountered an issue on my flight. As a budget airline, I did not have incredibly high expectations about the service I would have received. After filing a complaint following the flight, I never received a reply. Avoid this airline.
