Step 1 - Log in to your account. Step 2 - Click on the Manage My Tickets tab on the left-hand side. Step 3 - Select the ticket you want to amend (please note: if your booking was just made, it may take 5-10 minutes to appear). See below for more details.
If you'd prefer to book over the phone, just call our Customer Contact Centre on 08717 81 81 81 where a member of staff will help with your booking. Lines open 7 days a week, 10am - 6pm (Calls to this number cost 13p per minute plus your telephone company’s access charge.)
