Start by testing every day or every half day depending on your preference, I generally use fmu (sue me) and then I test again around 6.30pm. It means I pee on a stick a least once every 12 hours so I can catch my peak.
Gotcha, I would say now is a really good time to start testing at least twice a day then since you’re likely in your fertile window already. I wouldn’t worry too much about being too hydrated, just do your best to slow down an hour or two before you take the test.
