Lufthansa miles and more is horrible program for the users. I had more than 100k miles in my account. I used my miles to upgrade my ticket to business class last year.
Miles and More is a scam. This program is a bonus and huge business for Lufthansa but certainly not the customer. I’ve got hundreds of thousands of miles I can never redeem.
