Contacted Cadooz and they say its Miles & More cancelling it for an reason unknown to them and to contact them. And when contacting Miles & More they are saying that they have not canceled anything.
I think it's just a scam, worst customer service. Called them to ask a question regarding my miles, and it felt like they are doing a favor by answer the phone and talking to me. I never got the answer for the question I called for and was very disappointed in the service I received.
I am very disappointed with the Miles and More Customer Service. Since almost 3 months I am waiting for the wrongly deducted miles reimbursement to my account (30.000 miles). The Customer Service (both English and German) response is “The claim is wip, it will take maximum 2 weeks”.
