Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused. They refuse their own scanned boarding cards.

The loyalty reward program, Miles & More, is the absolute worst! As a frequent flyer, I can confidently say that no other loyalty service compares to its level of disappointment. Redeeming miles through Miles & More is an arduous journey filled with frequent losses, and attempting to contact customer service is an exercise in futility.

It took me two years and an about 15 flights to work it out…but it’s a scam. They don’t log your miles, you can’t collect them and can’t use them.

Very restrictive to book flights with miles - disappointing. Long-term Miles&More and frequent flyer member but now considering to switch program and airlines. Almost impossible to redeem miles on flights as almost no suitable options are available. When there are, the amount of miles charged is typically so high it is ridiculous.
