Sign-in to Partner Self Serve using below options. Note: Please use WSA login option only if you have mapped your @partners.microsoft.net to WSA or MSA to WSA in MOET/POET recently or if you are a newly provisioned PSS user. Now, you can map your @partners.microsoft.net to WSA or MSA to WSA in POET.
