Muslims have been worshipping at Westbourne Road, Luton since the 1970's. The initial site for the Masjid was number two Westbourne Road. As the Muslim population grew in Luton, number four and subsequently number six were also acquired. The site was used for the five daily prayers as-well as Jumu'ah Salah.
