15 gru 2021 · Update and Restart. The first step is to ensure that your Mac is updated to the macOS software. On your Mac, click System Preferences > Software Update. If there is an update, follow the onscreen instructions. The Contacts app is part of macOS. When you update your Mac, Contacts will be updated too.
10 lis 2020 · Mac: Contacts > Preferences > General > Default Account. And on iOS: Settings > Contacts > Default Account? Another good step is double checking the date/time, as well as the time zone and region in System Preferences is correct.
16 maj 2022 · It's 2022 and I am running Monterey on a desktop iMac. When I try and add a contact, as I am typing in the details, the screen reverts back to showing the list of contacts, before I can hit "done", making it almost impossible to add a new contact.
3 lis 2021 · This fix doesn't work for me. I'm running MacOS 12.0.1 on a 2017 MacBook and can no longer add new contacts to my Contacts. Contacts seems to be running fine, however, on my iPhone 11 running iOS 15.1.
In the Contacts app on your Mac, select a contact, then click Edit at the bottom of the window (or use the Touch Bar). To change contact information, click the corresponding field. You don’t need to fill in every field—empty fields don’t appear in the contact card.

23 wrz 2021 · If you do not use the above methods and want to quickly transfer a contact from iPhone to Mac, you can simply use AirDrop. Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on both devices and follow these steps. Open the iPhone Contacts or Phone app and tap a contact. Tap Share Contact > AirDrop and select the Mac.
