I have been reading the forums, and it appears that the only legitimate visas are from the above-mentioned Vietnamese Govt E-visa site. Is this correct? She is flying out tomorrow to Vietnam - she has an Australian passport, flying out from Sydney.

Has anybody used the express visa service where you can send off the completed form by fax and collect your visa 2 days after at the embassy? If I sent the form off on a Wednesday AM would the visa be ready for collection on the Friday?
Can someone please advise what are the charges for Express Service for Visa on Arrival in BKK? I know the normal fee is 1000 THB. Just wondering how much extra I would have to pay and whether it is worth it.
1 lut 2023 · If you need a visa to enter Vietnam, you will not be allowed to board a plane to Vietnam without one, Unless you are entitled to an exemption, then an E-Visa https://immigration.gov.vn is what you want. If you're not one of the 79.5 nationalities that can get an E-Visa, you need to work with (= pay) a tour company to organise a visa.
Our company uses CIBTvisas for business travel and I believe they are the largest agency for visa service. I've never needed to use a service for personal/leisure travel - but based on my business travel experience, I'd recommend them even if their cost was higher.
