Select the appropriate placeholder and in SHAPE FORMAT tab > Edit Shape, change to a shape nearest to what you need. You should now be able to choose EDIT POINTS in the same menu and create the shape you need.

Format your video. Select and drag to resize and move your video around. Select Format to put frames and effects on your video. Select Video Effects, Video Border, or Video Shape to add effects, borders, or crop your video to a shape. Select Corrections or Color to adjust the video’s color tone.
Insert media into your slide. Once you have a converted media file in a suitable format with the correct encoding, go back to the PowerPoint slide where you want to insert your video or audio file. On the Insert tab of the ribbon, click Audio or Video.
