31 maj 2022 · We can understand your mood, generally only the owner of the shared folder needs to share the folder with others. Then the recipient chooses to add it to their own Onedrive to view it in the file explorer. We found that the method you mentioned is derived from the official article here.
View a Shared folder on your computer. If you have edit permission to a shared folder, you can add a shortcut to it under your Files view. This will keep the shared folder alongside your own folders in your Files list, and makes it easier to move items between folders and work on items offline.
