Aircraft flying on flight levels all measure their altitude from the same pressure setting, 1013.2 Hpa (or 29.92 InHg). A320, Twin engine narrow body short-haul flight and not the very least wide-body jet engine aircrafts like A380, A350, B747, B777 etc., can fly at even higher altitudes like FL300 to FL460.
