18 lip 2023 · For economy fares on Emirates flights, you can select a Regular, Preferred or Twin seat for free when online check‑in opens 48 hours before your flight. If you want to select one of these seat types during the booking process or before check-in opens, you can do so for free or by paying a fee, depending on the route and fare type selected.
Google said so in some link. Booking class != Booking Reference. Booking Class is a single letter, reference is 5-8 letters/numbers/letters+numbers (depending on airline) Actually I just checked out the Emirates website, it's actually "M" class as printed in my ticket.
