Permits Available Online: The following permits are now available to submit via our Online Services Portal. Paper copies of these permits will no longer be accepted. Individuals who come to City Hall to complete a permit will be asked to create an online account to begin the permit process.
The Building Inspections Division is responsible for the application and enforcement of the building code and related ordinances regulating the construction, alterations, and the use of buildings within the city. Direct building questions to our Building Official at 651-766-4043.
The City of Little Canada is currently transitioning to online permitting using OpenGov. As we make this transition, the Permits and Licenses pages will reflect what is available to submit online. Once they are online, they will no longer be accepted via mail, e-mail, or fax.

Once we receive and process your rental housing license application, you will be contacted with a date and time to meet the inspector at the rental property.
