14 sty 2021 · As of September 8, 2020, Mexico is under a Level 3 Travel Advisory (Reconsider Travel) due to the global impact of COVID-19. On December 2, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a Level 4 Travel Health Notice for Mexico due to COVID-19.
3 sty 2022 · Mexico does not require travelers to be vaccinated to enter the country, although the CDC still highly recommends you get the jab(s) before crossing the border. You also do not need to be fully vaccinated to fly back to the United States if you are a U.S. citizen.
Regardless of vaccination status or citizenship, travelers are now required to get a COVID-19 viral test no more than 1 day before they fly into the US. Passengers must show their negative results (or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 in the past 90 days) to the airline before boarding.
