Believe it or not, Cebu Pacific has no hotline or customer service number that customers can call here in the Philippines so you have to do it on your own. You can only cancel a flight if you bought a Ceb Flexi ticket otherwise you can rebook your ticket thru their website.
One of my bookings on Cebu Pacific simply disappeared from my account, and I’m having a heck of a time fixing this problem. So far, it seems that Cebu Pacific’s “customer service” is just some useless automated chat feature. Can anyone tell me how I can reach an actual human at Cebu Pacific?
