We are retired military, but this recreational facility on Jacob's Creek Park is fabulous. Right now, the water is quite high due to all of the rains, but there is a nice roped off area for swimming, and you can rent boats, and all other types of water craft here. 18 wrz 2019 · Jacobs Creek Park Beach is one of the amazing Canyon Lake beaches. The park is fairly large and offers numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation including boating, swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking.
C2: Jacob's Creek Park 1. On the north side of the lake about 2 miles west of Canyon City. From FM 306, turn left at the sign for Jacob's Creek Park. Follow road into the park and watch for boat ramp on the right at the end of the road. Four-lane concrete ramp with a maximum parking capacity of 45.
I visited Canyon Lake for a few hours to site see. Very picturesque and relaxing. There are plenty of areas for setting camp to enjoy with family and friends. The drive through Hill country is also smooth.
