Your Avios won't expire as long as you collect, spend, buy or share at least one Avios every 36 months. If you don't collect or use your Avios at all for three years, your Avios will expire and be removed, so remember to take action before that time's up.
Enter your 9 digit Avios member ID (digits 7-15 of your membership number) to collect Avios on your flight. To find your 9 digit member ID, remove the first 6 numbers and the last number that are displayed on the card. You can find your membership number in your online account or on your Avios card as highlighted in the example below:
