March 2023: emails are being sent from accounts with "British Airways" in their name but with a gmail/non-British Airways email address, with a fake PayPal receipt document attached to them. This document quotes a transaction value and references that do not relate to our systems/bookings.
Legit. This is the template from their customer services and complaints team when you have raised a refund / ec261 claim (normally online). Here’s one they sent to me for a refund claim last year also in dark mode looking shoddy. EC261 is paid to the passenger, not the person paying the booking, hence why they ask for bank deets.
26 cze 2023 · If you are looking for genuinely friendly service and upgraded amenities (like the soft blanket!), then I would definitely recommend flying British Airways premium economy — especially if you want to arrive rested and well-fed.
