Top notch displays with impressive aircraft. This museum is one of the most phenomenal aviation museums I have ever seen. The condition of these aircraft was extremely impressive, and restoration processes that the museum undergoes for these aircraft is extraordinary.
The National Museum of World War II Aviation is located on a 21-acre campus on the northwest side of the Colorado Springs Airport. Just 15 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, the Museum is easily accessible from Interstate 25 and just five minutes from the intersection of US 24 and Powers Blvd. PARKING AT THE MUSEUM IS FREE.
