31 sty 2024 · Note that most cadets (and midshipmen) do not attend summer seminars. It is a small program so do not be disappointed if you are not invited. The good news is that you have initiated your application by applying to AFASS. Another great way to 'see' the Academy is by attending one of the USAFA summer sports camps.
When actually applying to be a cadet, they don’t take into account whether or not you were accepted to the summer seminar, but if you were accepted, it’s a good sign to you that you’ve got what they’re looking for.
Summer Programs. Learning and development does not stop during the summer months at the U.S. Air Force Academy. Programs focus on taking cadets beyond the classroom. From learning vital survival skills to participating in space-related experiences and summer research programs, cadets have boundless opportunities to expand their horizons.
15 sty 2019 · Application process includes an online application, transcript, test scores, and a personal profile. The registration fee for Summer Seminar is $300.00. Lodging, meals, workshop supplies, some seminar "uniforms" and accessories will be provided to attendees.
