23 cze 2023 · The American Airlines Center has implemented specific bag policies to ensure the safety and security of its guests. These guidelines vary depending on the event and the entrance used. For instance, wristlets, clutches, or wallets measuring 4.5″ x 6.5″ are allowed at all entrances.
Check out our Arena Policies and what's allowed in the building. Bags and purses will not be permitted. Wallet-size clutches no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” are ok.

Medical bags and parenting bags are also permitted. All permitted bags are subject to search. American Airlines Center is cashless at all points of sale. Cash-2-Card ATMs are now available on the Plaza Level outside of the Modelo Gold Lion Bar & Grill and Michelob Ultra Club.
If your bag is delayed or damaged, you can file a report on the go and may not need to visit the airport Baggage Service Office. How it works: Find our sign with a QR code at Baggage Claim. Scan the QR code or visit the site using your device.
You can only pay for bags online starting 24 hours and up to 2 hours before departure if you're flying within and between the U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska and select Caribbean cities. You can't pay for bags online if you're waitlisted, standing by for another flight, or had a flight disruption and you haven’t confirmed your new flights.
