If you don't know your confirmation code or ticket number, check the email we sent you when you booked your trip, your cancellation email or your credit card statement. Keep in mind that there are separate ticket numbers for add-ons like seats, upgrades and bags.
American Airlines offers flexibility for Minor and Major name corrections for wholly unused (001) validated tickets. Minor name corrections apply to itineraries that consist of American prime and American Eagle flights only and may be corrected in the same PNR.

Our recommended arrival times are meant to allow plenty of time to check in (with or without bags) and clear security before scheduled departure. Within the U.S. – at least 2 hours. Outside the U.S. – at least 3 hours. Check if your destination has travel restrictions.
