So confirmation code (PNR) is a series of six letters, no numbers. The ticket number for Alaska should start as 027 unless it was purchased through another airline. If it doesn’t have either, you need to get in touch with the company you purchased it through.
If you have the 027 ticket# you should be able to enter it in under the manage reservation tab, once pulled up you can find your AS PNR in the page. You have to ensure it’s the Alaska booking code and not the chase booking code. Also, ensure your last name is correct and in the manner that is on your profile.
