1 year ago. You pay for what you get. The name says it all. We booked a car rental with Economy Rental Car /Jet Car Rental at Toronto Airport. It did not start off well. We had to wait over an hour for the Shuttle pick up (the poor gentleman next to us waited almost 1.5 hours).
