Here's how: Choose Edit menu > Preferences. In the left pane, select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts. In the right pane, under Quicken Profile, click Update Profile. The My Account page will appear. Select the contact information you want to change: Change Name. Change Email/Quicken ID.
