It's my first time flying Air New Zealand to Australia then Auckland, and I'm wondering if my 14" x 9" x 5" tote would be considered a personal item or count as a carry on.All it says is that a 'large' laptop case is considered a carry on, and that a personal item must fit under the seat, but they don't give those dimensions.
