Google Maps also shows you were the official car parks are and if you use Streetview you should find some limited parking on the roads around the church, for example on Cami del Vallvidrera al Tibidabo.. I think including Park Güell might be too much.

No flights I'm afraid, though you can see from maps there is a small airfield in the north-west corner of the island. Just use the larger vehicle ferry's if you can, & hopefully the sea's will be calm.
