Umm, I did my test here.. st catharines. I'd say, just stop at the sidewalk. Look for pedestrians, creep up, then when it's clear take the right turn. The test I did was identical to the test route found online. There's a 40km an-hour sign when you get to the end of the street with the four way stop.
