13 sty 2020 · Solution. Yes—you can wear tennis shoes as a Customer Service Agent. The entire shoe must be predominantly black or charcoal grey in color, including the visible edge of the sole, any accents, logos, and shoelaces. Good luck!
16 cze 2023 · Southwest Airlines' passenger contract doesn't allow anyone on the plane who wears clothes that are "lewd, obscene, or patently offensive." Bare feet are also not allowed unless you're under 5...

3 sie 2023 · As a CSA, you will be working at an actual airport in front of our customers, so the dress code isn't as lax. Black shoes is the main thing. Comfortable, good for walking/standing.
27 wrz 2012 · Over the next few months, you may start seeing our Flight Attendants in their new uniform dress. The dress is navy, one of my personal favorite colors for fall and can be spruced up with approved accessories such as the super cute scarf or Southwest cardigan.
